Process for accepting and informing customers about the use of their SMS numbers and privacy policies.
Goal: To inform customers in a clear and transparent manner about the use of their phone numbers for SMS and obtain their consent to receive marketing messages.
Steps:
1. The customer enters the website:

Option 1: Click on the “We contact you” button.
Option 2: Scroll down to find the data form.
3. The customer fills out the data form:
On the form, the customer will see a prompt that reads:
“By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages to the selected mobile number via an automated system. Consent is not required to purchase Flip That House INC. products or services. Send STOP to 855-340-2190 to unsubscribe at any time. For more information, text HELP to 855-340-2190 or click here.”
4. Customer agrees to the terms and conditions:
Customer must click two buttons to accept:
General terms and conditions for your data.
Treatment policies for SMS messages.

5. The customer can access more information:
If the customer clicks on “click here” or “data processing for SMS messages”, he/she will be redirected to a landing page with the SMS data processing policies.
If the customer clicks on “terms and conditions and privacy policy”, he will be redirected to the privacy policies.

This process is clear, transparent and easy for customers to follow.
Customers have the opportunity to read and understand the privacy and data processing policies before giving their consent.
Customers can choose whether they want to receive SMS marketing messages.
